Individual Session
You ever only need ONE session!
Sessions are conducted in strict privacy. A session takes 4 to 6 hours. And they are never done remotely. I will devote the whole day to you and your session.

Prepare for your Session

Prepare a list of questions
Prepare questions you would like your Higher Self to answer and bring them with you. The general rule is to ask personal questions or about topics related to your personal life. Limit the questions to no more than 15.

Set your intention to have a great session
Your INTENTION to have a great session is key! Once you've made the decision to have a hypnosis session, your Higher Self begins preparing you by opening up your energy ports to readily communicate with you.

No alcohol and relaxation pills
The night before & the day of your session avoid alcohol and do not take any pills to relax you. This may impact the success of the session.

Practice relaxing prior to the session
Get a good night’s sleep. If you meditate, do so in the morning on the day of your appointment to help clear your mind. If you don’t meditate, then do something that calms you like taking a nice relaxing walk, listening to some soothing music, chanting or just some breathing exercises to calm your mind.

What to Eat
Our session could go up to 4 - 6 hours, you should eat something filling, but nothing too heavy before you arrive for your session. Avoid high quantities of caffeinated drink before the session.

What to Wear
Since you may be lying down, you should wear comfortable, light, loose-fitting clothes that won't constrict your circulation or overheat you while you're lying under a blanket or a sheet.
